How long does it take to gain strength with Gravitron Pull-up machine?

The Gravitron is a fitness machine that gets little by little you make full pull-ups and dips. I am 35 years old woman with an embarassingly weak arm. I'm level 5 right now – which, depending on the machine is approximately 53 pounds of wieght. What is a good routine for better and better with that. I live right next to the club so I can go every day. Or if Better to rest? I followed the routine on the machine, which is as follows: 10 dips 10 Pull-ups 10 Dips 10 military wide-grip pull-ups 10 dips 10 Pull-ups parallel. done with little rest between. complete within 6 minutes Should I do this every day? Or a few days off? How long does it take to build muscle and levels of advance? (as you can tell, I have no experience in the wieght lifting to build muscle) Thanks! How long does it increase the weight and representatives usually? 1-2 weeks, then more? Or more?
